So, there is no point loading another texture if it is not to be seen. In general, we would not wear the HD nipples unless we were going topless or otherwise showing nipple. So, this is where the Maitreya layers would come in to allow you to wear system clothes over them. The HD nipples are above the system-clothes. But, the HD nipples are NOT intended to be worn with system layer clothes. Classic system clothes are affected by shape settings. Mesh clothes are not affected by the HD nipples.
